Untitled

by Jessica Levine

After the Rain
After the rain lyrics flicker
on my skin, lightning kisses me goodbye.
The moon strikes midnight
my fingers grasp the page burning
through me
over my lungs a night star strings
the breath
dampened by
   shadows fear
I have a secret
   strumming my mind
tuning myself for a blend
   memory harmony erasing
rigorous destruktion in thunder.
Casting miles at the sky
pacing around sketches I am
staring  down at broken lines
circling each significance
cramping each chord
and I am dancing my fingers
tracing soap bubblz
IT
collapses my eyes
.
